SHIPPING & RETURNS
For US, our standard shipping is USPS first-class mail. Shipping fees depend on the size and weight of packages. You will find a fee estimation before confirming an order. We normally ship out in 2 business days, and the package will be delivered in 3 business days. For expedited order (optional), an additional shipping cost will be charged depending on the services.
For international shipping, you can choose from USPS, DHL, or UPS. The shipping fee will be charged on top of your order, depending on the size and weight of packages. We normally ship out in 2 business days. Shipping charge do not include customs and duties. Taxes/duties/customs will be assessed to the buyer when the item comes to the desalination country.
If you receive defective or damaged items, please send us an email with photos via email@example.com. We will respond as soon as possible, and after confirmation, we will send new products with no charge.
If you have sensitive reactions to our products, please email us via firstname.lastname@example.org and let us understand your situation with photos if possible. We will assist you to exchange products or process a refund. If you choose a refund, we will issue the refund to your original method of payment, and you would receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer's policies. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We would be unable to accept returns due to a change of mind or other personal preferences.
